Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales processes, identifying potential clients, developing sales strategies, and closing sales deals. Additional tasks include preparing sales reports, maintaining customer relationships, and providing customized solutions to meet customer needs. The role requires constant collaboration with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently
• Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and with a team in an on-site setting
