1. Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, site visits, and online platforms
2. Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and follow-ups
3. Negotiate terms and pricing with clients
4. Arrange and conduct property site visits for clients
5. Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure a smooth sales process
Work Timings:
6 days a week (including weekends), with one weekday off.
