Senior Sales Executive

**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As a Senior Sales Executive for Air Conditioners at Chilton Refrigeration Private Limited Industries, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing channel partners, and achieving revenue targets in the assigned territory. Your role will involve market expansion, business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Achieve sales targets and increase market share for AC products. - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth. - Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers. - Ensure product availability and support channel partners with sales training. - Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors. - Explore new sales opportunities, including institutional and B2B sales. - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service needs. - Organize promotional activities, product demonstrations, and marketing campaigns. - Track sales performance, analyze trends, and report key metrics to management. - Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activities. **Qualification Required:** - Education: Bachelors degree is preferred. - Experience: 1+ year of experience in AC sales or consumer durable/FMCG sales. - Industry Preference: HVAC, Consumer Electronics, etc. **About the Company:** Chilton Refrigeration Private Limited Industries is a pioneer in refrigeration solutions, dedicated to innovation through research and development.
