Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, target-driven, and passionate Sales Manager to join our team in the NCR region. This role is pivotal in expanding the reach of FluenQuest across schools by building strong relationships with school management, delivering product demonstrations, and driving adoption.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visit 4–5 schools daily to introduce, promote and sell  FluenQuest.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations using a laptop/PC (not mobile).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with school principals, administrators, and decision-makers.
  • Understand school needs and position FluenQuest as a solution for English learning.
  • Drive sales conversion and achieve defined targets.
  • Maintain regular communication with the central team, providing updates on pipeline, progress, and challenges.
  • Represent Stoiks Lab professionally and uphold its values in all interactions.


Mandatory Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the EdTech domain.
  • Based in the NCR region with existing connections in schools.
  • Proficiency in operating a laptop/PC for presentations and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and manage daily school visits.


Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • MBA from a reputed college.
  • Established and trusted relationships with school managements in NCR.


Compensation

₹3.0 Lakh – ₹4.2 Lakh per annum + incentive plus performance-based incentives.
