Senior Sales Executive

JOB DECSRIPTION

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and a personalized shopping experience.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of our jewelry collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and trends.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry, providing styling advice as needed.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the store.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of jewelry design, gemstones, and materials is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is an advantage.
