Job Title: E-Commerce Manager Location: Challani Jewellery Mart (Chennai) Department: Online Sales & Digital Operations Experience: 4+ years in e-commerce management (preferably in fashion/luxury retail) Job Summary: We are seeking a result-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. You will be responsible for managing the brands website, marketplace listings, digital marketing strategies, and customer experience, ensuring strong online presence and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Challanis e-commerce platforms (website & third-party marketplaces) Oversee online product listings, pricing, inventory, and product descriptions Plan and execute online sales campaigns, offers, and promotions Coordinate with the design, marketing, and logistics teams for smooth order processing Analyse sales data and user behavior to drive performance improvements Manage SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, and social media advertising Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of queries and complaints Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and online ad platforms Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills Experience in luxury or jewellery retail is a plus Interested candidate can share your CV 89285-73519 Best regards, Prabhu Hr Challani Jewellery Mart
