Senior Sales Executive – uPVC Profiles

Location:

Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Senior Sales Executive

with at least

3 years of proven experience in the uPVC Profile industry

. The ideal candidate should possess strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local market in Anantapur and surrounding regions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell uPVC profiles and related products in the Anantapur region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with fabricators, contractors, builders, architects, and dealers.
Generate new leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and customer training.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any customer concerns.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, technical) for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of uPVC profiles or building materials.
Strong product knowledge of uPVC profiles, windows & doors systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good network and market knowledge in Anantapur and nearby areas.
Ability to work independently and manage field sales efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Fluency in Telugu and English; Hindi is a plus.

Preferred Candidate

Experience working with leading uPVC profile brands.
Based in or willing to relocate to Anantapur.
Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.
