Senior Sales Executive

we’re looking for a confident and experienced Senior Sales Executive to help us grow our member base. Your job will be to meet new people, explain our gym services clearly, and help them choose the right membership. If you’re someone who enjoys talking to people, hitting targets, and working in a positive, high-energy environment — we’d love to meet you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Welcome walk-in customers and guide them through our gym plans and services
• Make follow-up calls and messages to leads and inquiries
• Handle membership renewals and suggest add-on services like personal training
• Support corporate tie-ups and local promotional activities
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and feedback
• Share ideas with the team to improve gym sales and client experience
• Mentor and support junior sales staff when needed
• Meet weekly and monthly sales goals consistently

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in sales (Gym/Fitness industry is a big plus)
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
• Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp follow-ups)
• Quick learner and team player
• Flexible to work during peak hours and weekends
• Goal-driven with a strong sense of responsibility
