We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Executive to join our fitness team. If you are a fast learner, have strong communication skills, and can confidently close deals, this opportunity is for you. Experience in gym or wellness sales is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through walk-ins, calls, leads, and referrals.
Explain membership plans, personal training, and other gym services clearly and confidently.
Follow up with prospects and convert them into active members.
Work with the marketing and floor teams to plan local outreach and promotional activities.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure renewals and referrals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Keep accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

What We’re Looking For:

Quick learner with a hunger to grow in a competitive sales environment.
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Punjabi preferred).
Comfortable using computers and CRM software.
Flexible with shifts and duties (weekends and peak hours required).
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Prior experience in gym/fitness sales is a big plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
