- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives
. - Allocate daily/weekly targets and oversee ground-level sales campaigns
. - Conduct field visits, support team members, and drive lead conversion.
- Monitor discipline, attendance, and grooming standards during field activities
. - Ensure proper use of CRM and WhatsApp for daily reporting.
- Build strong connections with local business owners, HRs, and decision-makers.
- Identify and develop new market areas to expand business reach.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth sales operations.
- Submit weekly sales reports and feedback to senior leadership.
