Job Description

Senior Sales Executive – Telecalling Job Responsibilities

  • Make Outgoing Calls: Call potential and existing customers to explain products or services.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Listen carefully and suggest the right product or solution.
  • Close Sales: Convince customers and complete the sale over the phone.
  • Follow Up: Call back interested customers and maintain regular contact.
  • Maintain Records: Update customer details, calls made, and sales closed in the system.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Handle Customer Questions: Answer queries, resolve basic issues, or direct them to the right person.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team and report progress to the manager.
  • Training & Mentoring (if applicable): Guide and support junior telecallers if needed.
  • Stay Updated: Learn about new products, offers, and sales techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
