Job Description

Job Objective:
Support technical sales of Power Factor Correction (PFC) and Harmonic Filter solutions through lead generation, sales coordination, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads, especially in industrial sectors.
  • Support senior sales engineers with proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate pre- and post-sales activities.
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Track market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 0–5 years experience in B2B industrial sales (freshers welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of PFC, harmonic filters, and electrical systems.
  • Good communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel.

Compensation:
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
