Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in Mulshi. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical support, generating leads, and closing sales. Key tasks include conducting product demonstrations, developing technical proposals, and collaborating with the engineering team to customize solutions. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring client needs are met.

Qualifications

Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
Experience in the packaging machinery industry is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
