Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Engineer/ASM for OEM Sales, based in Pune. The role involves daily tasks such as driving sales engineering activities, providing technical support, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Senior Sales Engineer will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. This is an on-site role that requires close interaction with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
• Strong Sales and Customer Service abilities with OEM's
• Geographic knowledge of industrial areas around Pune
• Willing to travel aggressively for customer coverage.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in the cable and connection technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities with OEM's is plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
