We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth in the Philippines. Based in Manila, this role involves managing relationships with large enterprise clients from the banking, eCommerce, lending, payments, and gaming sectors and leading the sales team based in the Philippines. The
successful candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, a deep understanding of the
tech industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
? Manage relationships at the C level across large enterprise clients and prospects
? Lead and scale the sales team in the Philippines
? Grow the brand of IDfy in the Philippines and assist with marketing activities
? Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities
? Work closely with local fintech alliances/associations and regulators
? Lead sales planning activities, including account plans and hunting activities
? Work closely with the deal desk and assist with negotiations for complex sales deals
? Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
? Experience: At least 10+ years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the SAAS industry
? Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services sector and prior experience in ASEAN countries are advantageous
? Energy and Drive: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
? Goal Orientation: Demonstrated history of building successful sales teams and meeting or exceeding targets
