The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, generating and following up on leads, and handling bookings for travel packages. Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) Monitor insights and performance to improve engagement and reach Respond to queries, comments, and messages promptly Lead Management: Handle incoming travel inquiries and leads via social media, email, or phone Maintain a proper follow-up system to convert leads into confirmed bookings Sales Support & Bookings: Share travel package details and customized itineraries with clients Coordinate with the operations team for bookings, payments, and confirmations Maintain records of bookings and client interactions Customer Service: Provide pre and post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on leads, bookings, and social media performance Requirements: Proven experience in social media marketing or travel sales preferred Good communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills Basic knowledge of travel destinations and packages Familiar with social media tools and CRM systems Ability to multitask and work independently Work Type: Full-Time Location: Pedha Golconda, Hyderabad Experience: 1–3 years preferred Salary: Based on experience
