Senior Sales & Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business and grow existing accounts in both offshore and onshore service delivery models.
• Lead end-to-end sales efforts including prospecting, client engagement, solution development, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.
• Work closely with internal engineering and delivery teams to shape solutions that align with customer needs and ensure successful delivery.
• Act as a strategic partner to engineering, design, and R&D leaders in target accounts.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer roadmaps, priorities, and challenges in semiconductor and embedded system domains.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of successful sales and business development in the staff augmentation industry targeting

  semiconductor or embedded software.

• Strong existing network with engineering and design managers at top semiconductor and electronics companies.
• Demonstrated success in

  selling $2M–$5M+ in U.S.-based staff augmentation services

  on a yearly basis.
• Experience selling services related to ASIC/SoC design, embedded systems, firmware, and related technologies.
• Ability to make an immediate revenue impact.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Preferred

• 4+ years experience selling semiconductor or embedded software outsourced consulting solutions for ODC (offshore development centers).
