With distribution expanded worldwide to more than 35 countries, we are seeking an experienced Sales leader to help penetrate deeper into select markets outside India. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and develop business relationships through in-person/video sales pitches, partner onboarding, frequent webinars, and continuous partner experience monitoring. - Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. - Identify and develop channels for Brand and Sales growth. - Identify and pursue business opportunities within existing channels (Retail, Education, and Online). - Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned geographies and channels. - Collaborate with marketing and design teams to devise and execute marketing plans (ATL & BTL) for brand push and sales growth. - Set parameters for research and in-depth market study for business expansion, market insights, business opportunities, industry trends, competitors, customer demographics, new technologies, and more. - Create financial models, communicate with current and prospective clients, generate pitch decks, and identify new business opportunities. - Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for product launch in new geographies and channels. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in senior roles in the FMGC, Consumer Electronics, or Toy Retail industry. - Previous exposure to both online and offline sales channels. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Data-driven and meticulous while sorting through vast amounts of information. - Demonstrated leadership qualities. - Effective negotiation skills with the ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization. - Strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of business economics. - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. - Proven ability to position products against competitors and articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
