Senior Sales Associate Voice Process

You will be joining Santacruz, a reputable BPO company with over 15 years of experience, in the role of Senior Sales Associate for the international voice process based in Ahmedabad. Your main responsibilities will include: - Conducting cold calls to potential customers based in the US. - Promoting products/services and generating qualified leads. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Handling objections, closing sales, and maintaining call quality standards. - Keeping accurate records of interactions in CRM tools. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Minimum 1 year of experience in international outbound calling. - Proven track record in outbound calling and meeting sales targets. - Excellent English communication and persuasion skills. - Comfort working in night shifts (US shift). - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
