Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Sales and Marketing Manager . The specialist will be responsible for daily sales activities, managing customer interactions, providing top-notch customer service, and facilitating sales training. Additionally, the role involves sales management, planning marketing strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identifying and targeting potential customers.
• Generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Tracking sales data and generating performance reports.

Key Skills:-

• Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Marketing Skills: Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and understanding marketing principles.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presentations, reports, and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices.
