Senior Sales and Marketing Manager
We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and client-focused individual to lead sales, showroom experience, and brand outreach at our premium tile and sanitary showroom. This role is perfect for someone who can manage high-end clients, coordinate with architects, drive showroom marketing, and ensure smooth daily operations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Handling Greet and assist walk-in clients, especially homeowners, architects, and interior designers. Explain product ranges, combo offers, and provide professional quotations. Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, calls, and in-person meetings. Guide clients through product selections based on room sizes and design needs. Marketing & Promotion Execute showroom-level marketing campaigns (offline & online). Coordinate with the design team for Instagram reels, story posting, and WhatsApp blasts. Manage showroom branding materials, signage, and promotions. Support the planning of monthly architect/designer meets and walk-throughs. Client Relationship & Team Coordination Maintain and grow architect and interior designer relationships. Collect feedback and nurture post-sale connections. Supervise and train two showroom support staff (existing + new hire). Coordinate with the owner and management for daily reporting and strategy alignment. ⸻ Skills & Requirements: Fluency in English & Hindi (spoken and written) Presentable, confident, and professional communication Basic digital know-how (Instagram, WhatsApp, Excel, Email) Prior sales, interiors, or tile industry experience preferred (not mandatory) ⸻ Growth Path: Future roles include Showroom Head, Brand Expansion Lead, or Franchise Operations Manager as ShivaCasa grows into new cities.
