Deliverables (KRA) - 1. Sales meetings 2. Sales proposal 3. Sales Conversion 4. Data Sourcing and Management 5. Market intel and research work related to new business and upselling existing business Task & Activities - 1) Strategy for Sales and Marketing for every month on 1st Monday with management 2) Missing Ads/ Campaigns list every week in coordination with operations 3) Working on missing Ads/Campaigns and submitting report to management every 15 days 4) Cold Calls minimum 5-7 every working day 5) Tele-calling minimum 8- 10 every working day 6) Sales calls minimum 5-7 every working day 7) Sales Register/Funnel category wise update as per advertising calendar every week 8) Presentations to all clients 9) Submitting of quotations/proposals to all clients 10) Reiki with Clients whenever required 11) Upscaling & Cross-selling for existing clients 12) Working on Sales and Marketing target on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis 13) Briefing to media team after client visits 14) Payment related follow-ups wherever and whenever required 15) Purchase Order follow-up and forwarding it to Operations and Accounts 16) Client engagement and Sales performance 17) Category wise brochures, emails, newsletters, videos, creatives related inputs to creative team for preparing sales and marketing material 18) Separate Sales target for Nashik, North Maharashtra, Marathwada and ROM. 19) Separate Sales target for Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, Jewelers, Automobiles and rest 20) Separate Sales target for Hoardings, Bus Shelters, Cinema Off-screen, Cinema On-Screen, FM, Television, Print, OTT, Digital, Activations and other related branding activities 21) Every day reporting to CEO 22) Every Monday review to CEO 23) Monthly review with CEO and CFO 24) Follow-ups with clients 25) Forwarding Leads and joint meetings with clients along-with Digital Marketing lead as and when required. 26) Getting plans and proposal in time from Media Planner 27) Getting plans and proposal of Digital Marketing from DM team timely 28) Forwarding leads for any creatives or designs to the DM lead 29) Market Survey and Intel of market 30) Maintaining, Identifying clients key persons details and relations 31) Maintaining, Identifying other media houses key persons details and relations 32) Categorizing clients in A, B, C, D group Metrics - 1. # of meetings per week and per month 2. # of clients converted per month 3. Revenue generated per month 4. New clients added per month
