Senior Safety Officer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Safety Officer with 1-2 years of experience in construction safety management. The candidate will assist in implementing safety protocols, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in enforcing safety policies and procedures at construction sites.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with government safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct safety training and awareness programs for workers and site staff.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near-misses, recommending corrective actions.
• Maintain and update safety documentation and reports.

Requirements:

✅ Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field.
✅ 3-5 years of experience in construction site safety.
✅ Knowledge of OSHA, IS codes, and construction safety regulations.
✅ Strong observational and reporting skills.✅ Ability to work on-site and coordinate with multiple teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
