Senior Safety Officer

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Safety Officer with international exposure in large-scale highway and building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices across multi-site,

• Implement and monitor HSE plans aligned with local and international standards . Conduct site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• lead investigations into accidents and near-misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of incidents and safety audits.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and behavioral safety throughout the workforce. Stay updated on emerging safety technologies and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• 6–10 years of HSE experience in construction or infrastructure projects, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
