Safety Lead

What will you be doing?

• Developing and implementing comprehensive safety protocols and procedures.
• Conducting regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Leading safety training initiatives across departments—factory, test, and launch ops.
• Investigating incidents to identify root causes and developing corrective actions.
• Advising teams on legal safety requirements, and ensuring full compliance.
• Working with cross-functional teams to create a safety-first culture.
• Defining safety KPIs and using them to drive continuous improvement.

Who can apply?

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering. (ME / BE in Industrial Safety / Fire Safety is a plus.)

Experience

• 4 to 8 years in Chemical / Process / Construction industries. (Experience in Aerospace is a big bonus.)

Skills

• Proven experience in safety management systems.
• Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations.
• Clear and confident communicator—both in meetings and on the shop floor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
