Main responsibilities:
Ensuring effective RWE project execution plan and timelines
Create document and report project activities and define system requirements and dependencies with other projects
Ensure access modalities to fit-for-purpose datasets, in collaboration with relevant Sanofi stakeholders
About you
Experience:
2+ years of Real Word/Clinical project experience in industry required.
Experience in RWE generation
Successful experience working in a global and matrixed environment.

Soft and technical skills:
Well-developed conceptual thinking skills with capability to access internal and external resources
Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate externally and internally with key customers and stakeholders.
Innovative mindset
Understanding of RWD weaknesses and strengths, data analytics and statistics.
Being autonomous to code and to perform epidemiology analysis and basic descriptive analysis
Good in at least one programming skill, eg. Python, R, SAS etc.
Education: Master: PhD in Health Sciences with quantitative background
Languages: Oral and written fluency in English.
