Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Work independently to understand and execute project requirements.
Provide technical support for the selection and specification of large rotating and packaged equipment, including pumps, compressors, and systems such as PSA units, Demineralisers, Electrolysers, Cooling Water Systems, and Chiller Systems.
Review and approve equipment datasheets, specifications, and procurement packages to ensure compliance with project and client requirements.
Perform technical evaluations of vendor bids and proposals to verify technical adequacy and alignment with project specifications.
Develop Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for rotating and packaged equipment to ensure quality assurance during manufacturing and testing.
Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and site inspections to validate equipment performance and design compliance.
Provide technical input and recommendations during equipment installation, commissioning, and start-up phases.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of rotating and packaged equipment within the overall plant design.
Stay updated with relevant industry standards, best practices, and technological advancements related to rotating and packaged equipment.
