Senior ROR Developer

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience with strong knowledge of Ruby OOP concepts.
• Proficient in RESTful API development, SQL/Postgres, and database design.
• Must have experience integrating Payment Gateways and working with modern web architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS/Cloud Front is a plus.
• Good understanding of Omni AUTH, Capistrano (or similar deployment tools), and application security best practices.
• Experience with testing & debugging (Unit Testing, bug fixing, improving security).
• Exposure to common RoR libraries and tools like Rspec, Resque, Sidekiq, Redis, Swagger, Action Cable, and SMS/Email services.
• Strong knowledge of Git/Bitbucket for version control.
• Ability to design and implement new features, handle projects independently, and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Bonus: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and best practices for scalable deployments.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
