Senior Resident/ Consultant Psychiatrist

Role Overview:

full-time, on-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed psychiatric assessments and evaluations
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Collaborate with clinical psychologists, social workers, and therapists to develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in clinical supervision, case discussions, and training programs
• Support the overall well-being and recovery journey of our clients with empathy and professionalism

🔹 Qualifications:

• MBBS from a recognized institution
• MD/DNB in Psychiatry (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Valid license to practice Psychiatry in India
• Strong diagnostic abilities and familiarity with evidence-based interventions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A compassionate, non-judgmental, and client-centered approach
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional growth
