We are seeking a Senior Research Associate to contribute significantly to our core research and help shape the intellectual foundation of this groundbreaking initiative.

Role Overview

As a Senior Research Associate, you will work closely with the Chief Research Officer, taking ownership of specific research projects and guiding junior members of the team. You will be responsible for deep-dive research, content creation, and collaborating directly with our design and creative teams. This role requires a blend of deep academic knowledge, practical research skills, and a passion for bridging ancient spiritual wisdom with modern artistic expression.

Key Responsibilities

1.Project-Based Research

• Lead and manage specific research projects from inception to completion, focusing on themes such as temple iconography, ritual science, and the analysis of ancient manuscripts.
• Independently build and maintain a structured, citation-based knowledge system for your assigned projects.
• Prepare comprehensive research reports, visual decks, and critical annotations for internal use and potential publication.

2.Collaboration with Creative Teams

• Serve as a key liaison between the research team and the design and content teams.
• Provide expert source material, narratives, and design justifications to ensure all creative outputs are scripturally accurate and theologically coherent.

3.Mentorship & Quality Control

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers and fellows.
• Review research outputs for scriptural accuracy, intellectual rigor, and cultural sensitivity.
• Ensure adherence to our established SOPs for peer review, source triangulation, and citation standards.

4.Network Engagement

• Actively engage with our network of religious scholars, pundits, and temple trusts to gather primary research and insights.
• Represent the research team in discussions with external academic and spiritual collaborators.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Academic & Spiritual Credentials

• Ph.D. or equivalent qualification in Indian Philosophy, Sanskrit, Religious Studies, Temple Architecture, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in ancient Indian scriptures, iconography, and spiritual traditions.

Work Experience

• 5+ years of progressive research experience in an academic, spiritual, or cultural institution.
• Proven track record of managing independent research projects and contributing to scholarly outputs.
