Role Overview

Embodied AI (Robotics) Practice

Key Responsibilities

Define the Practice Vision Roadmap:
Set strategy, focus areas, and success metrics for the Embodied AI portfolio.
Prioritize High-Impact Initiatives:
Identify and execute projects that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
Lead Innovation Programs:
Build simulation and digital twin pipelines; co-train AI models with robotic systems in real-world contexts.
Drive Customer Engagement:
Partner with clients to identify automation and co-bot opportunities across industries (manufacturing, logistics, facilities).
Deliver Business Growth:
Support GTM efforts, solution demos, and proof-of-value programs with strategic customers.
Build and Mentor Teams:
Develop multi-disciplinary talent in AI, robotics, and simulation technologies.
Strengthen Ecosystem Partnerships:
Collaborate with OEMs, research labs, and hyperscalers to accelerate solution development.

Skills Experience

Strong background in
AI/ML, robotics, and simulation environments
(Isaac Sim, ROS2, Gazebo, Unity ML-Agents).
Proven experience leading
AI-driven robotics or physical automation initiatives
.
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance
innovation and delivery
.
Demonstrated success in
customer-facing solutioning and business growth
.
Excellent leadership, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
