Senior Research and Innovation Consultant

As the leader of Wipro Innovation Network (WIN) Labs Embodied AI (Robotics) Practice, your role involves driving innovation and customer impact in the field of AI interacting with the physical world through robotics, sensors, and simulation. Your responsibilities include: - Define the Practice Vision & Roadmap: Set strategy, focus areas, and success metrics for the Embodied AI portfolio. - Prioritize High-Impact Initiatives: Identify and execute projects that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. - Lead Innovation Programs: Build simulation and digital twin pipelines; co-train AI models with robotic systems in real-world contexts. - Drive Customer Engagement: Partner with clients to identify automation and co-bot opportunities across industries (manufacturing, logistics, facilities). - Deliver Business Growth: Support GTM efforts, solution demos, and proof-of-value programs with strategic customers. - Build and Mentor Teams: Develop multi-disciplinary talent in AI, robotics, and simulation technologies. - Strengthen Ecosystem Partnerships: Collaborate with OEMs, research labs, and hyperscalers to accelerate solution development. Your skills and experience should include a strong background in AI/ML, robotics, and simulation environments (Isaac Sim, ROS2, Gazebo, Unity ML-Agents), proven experience leading AI-driven robotics or physical automation initiatives, strategic thinking abilities, success in customer-facing solutioning and business growth, as well as excellent leadership, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
