Senior Relationship Manager

You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Relationship Managers to help them achieve their goals in alignment with the bank's overall strategy. Engaging with and maintaining relationships with top management and promoters of clients will be a key aspect of your role. Understanding the financial needs and challenges of promoters and providing suitable solutions will also be essential. Your primary focus will be on revenue generation and meeting the bank's objectives in terms of earnings, assets, liabilities, and credit quality from client relationships across all product groups. Acquiring new client relationships by comprehending their financial needs and offering appropriate bank products and services will be crucial. Additionally, you will manage client relationships by identifying their financial needs, providing advice, structuring deals, and closing agreements. Furthermore, you will assess banking needs and risks for clients to optimize risk-reward for the bank. Undertaking brand communication initiatives for designated products and conveying product positioning messages that set YES Bank's products apart in the market will be part of your responsibilities. Demonstrating an understanding of consumers, competition, and current market conditions through primary and secondary research will also be expected.,
