Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager located in Guwahati. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and meeting client needs, and achieving sales targets. The role includes daily tasks such as client interaction, handling customer inquiries, and delivering prompt and efficient solutions to customer needs. The Senior Relationship Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship management and client interaction skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets in the automotive industry
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver prompt and efficient solutions to customer needs
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred
  

Eligibility

• Minimum Education Qualification- Graduate in any field
• Permanent Driving License- mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automobiles industry
