Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role located in Mumbai for a Senior Relationship Manager. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, facilitating home loan processes, providing expert guidance, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also coordinate with multiple stakeholders including banks and financial institutions, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to achieving sales targets through excellent relationship management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Client Handling skills
• Knowledge of Home Loan Processes, Mortgage Products, and Banking Regulations
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Proficiency in using Digital Platforms and Financial Technology
• Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Relevant experience in the financial services sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
