Job Description

Description We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in India. This role focuses on managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs and present tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal service to clients.
