Senior Relationship Manager- Acquisition

You will be responsible for revenue generation in terms of brokerage. You will manage a team of relationship managers and drive client acquisition targets, primarily through the sale of equity-based investment products, with a prime focus on the HNI segment to achieve targets. Additionally, you will oversee a team of equity dealers/equity advisors and generate brokerage by advising clients on their equity portfolios for long-term investments, as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for short to medium terms. Your role will involve developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to ensure a high level of retention of existing clients, while also focusing on generating new business. Lastly, you will provide regular updates to your immediate superior as and when required.
