We are Hiring for Leading Finance Company

Profile - Sr. Regional Collection Manager

Products - Microfinance

CTC - 30% Hike on current CTC

Age - Upto 45 Years

Location - Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage regional collection operations across multiple states, ensuring timely recovery of micro loans from customers.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency, reduce delinquency rates, and increase recoveries.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the region.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while achieving business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-20 years of experience in collection management or a related field (microfinance/micro loan).
Strong understanding of JLG's products such as Micro Loan & Recovery processes.
Proven track record of successfully managing teams responsible for collections in rural areas.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
