Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Act as the

    face of SupplyCopia

    and the first interaction point for all potential hires.
  • Attract high-caliber candidates by communicating our

    culture, values, and unique employee experience

    .
  • Develop sourcing strategies to identify

    passive candidates

    individuals who are not actively looking but are top talent in the market.
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles across all departments.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.

Human Resources & Culture

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Lead onboarding experiences that reinforce our culture, values, and expectations.
  • Champion a positive, high-performance culture rooted in accountability, ownership, and growth.
  • Design and maintain HR policies, employee programs, and documentation.
  • Strengthen internal communication and support employee engagement initiatives.
