Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Senior Recruiter - HR. The Senior Recruiter will lead the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, crafting job descriptions, maintaining recruitment metrics, and building strong talent pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and talent sourcing skills, including expertise in developing sourcing strategies and leveraging recruitment platforms
  • Proficiency in candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment techniques
  • Strong knowledge of End to End recruitment
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and deadlines efficiently
  • Prior experience in high-volume recruitment or within the manufacturing/steel industry is advantageous
