Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates while engaging with clients to understand their hiring needs. A strong background in headhunting and proactive talent search is essential. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, databases, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit. Engage with clients to understand job roles, hiring priorities, and timelines. Perform headhunting and direct outreach to passive candidates for niche or senior roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer closure. Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Build and nurture strong client and candidate relationships for long-term partnerships. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing or consultancy environment. Sourcing and headhunting abilities using LinkedIn and other platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple mandates and prioritize effectively.
