Position : GM - HR (Heavy Equipment Manufacturing) Experience : 15-16 years Location : Mahape, Navi Mumbai Reports to : CEO Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced General Manager - HR to lead end-to-end HR functions, including onboarding, master data management, HRMS, employee relations, compensation, payroll, statutory compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have 15-16 years years of hands-on HR operations experience, particularly in heavy equipment manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations : Oversee employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring smooth HR processes. HRMS Management : Optimize HRMS platforms and ensure data integrity. Compliance & Policies : Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws. Employee Engagement : Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and resolve grievances. Performance Management : Lead PMS processes and align with organizational goals. Learning & Development : Implement training programs to close skill gaps. Compensation & Payroll : Manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance. Statutory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.). Reporting & Analysis : Provide HR metrics and insights to senior management. Team Leadership : Manage and develop a high-performance HR team. Qualifications & Skills: Education : Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience : 15-16 years in HR operations, with experience in heavy equipment manufacturing and PAN India operations.
