Job Title: Senior Recruiter (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

• full recruitment life cycle

• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring requirements and expectations

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of junior recruiters

• Source and screen candidates through various channels (portals, LinkedIn, internal database, etc.)

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders

• Meet recruitment targets and deadlines

• Build strong relationships with existing and new clients

Requirements:

• years of recruitment experience

• Strong sourcing and screening skills across multiple platforms

• ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
