Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-level to executive roles across departments.
Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural fit and job alignment.
Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Contribute to employer branding efforts and diversity hiring initiatives.
Analyze recruitment metrics and present insights to improve processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in recruitment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
Familiarity with ATS systems- Zoho.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
