Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams across the plant. Develop and implement quality strategies aligned with organizational goals and customer requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, and other quality methodologies. Oversee the deployment and optimization of Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) systems. Analyze quality data using advanced analytical tools (e.g. Minitab, SPC, DOE, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis). Ensure compliance with ISO/TS standards and customer-specific requirements. Lead internal and external audits, and manage corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues. Mentor and develop quality team members to build a high-performance culture. Preferred candidate profile Hands-on experience with Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) systems. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Head or equivalent leadership role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the EV or automotive sector. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory). Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience in EV component manufacturing. Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards. Familiarity with digital quality systems and Industry 4.0 practices.
