Senior Quality Manager

As a Senior Quality Manager, your role will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as ISO, IATF, and VDA 6.3. You will be responsible for establishing quality policies, procedures, and documentation to govern all aspects of quality assurance and control. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the quality assurance team, which includes hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation. - Conducting internal and external audits, inspections, and assessments to verify compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product/service quality, increase efficiency, and reduce defects or non-conformities. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality-related challenges, improve processes, and achieve quality objectives. - Analyzing quality data using QC tools and preparing quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
