Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Senior QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience, your role will involve designing and executing manual test plans for Dialer and Voicebot products. You will be responsible for validating SIP/PRI call flows, call recordings, and backend integration. Your duties will also include conducting system, regression, and functional testing, as well as working closely with developers and the product team to identify bugs and verify fixes. It will be essential for you to maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and QA reports.
