Job Title: National Sales Head – Rebonded Foam (B2B)
Industry: Foam Production
Location: Open to candidates across India
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in B2B sales (Preferably from Foam, Mattress, or
Allied Industries)
Reporting To: CEO
Team Structure: Leading PAN India Sales Team, including Area Sales Managers
Candidate Profile:
Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3-5 years
in a senior sales leadership role.
Industry Exposure: Mandatory experience in the foam, mattress, or similar
material-based industries.
Key Skills:
o Proven team leadership and sales planning abilities.
o Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
o Familiarity with regional markets and willingness to travel across India.
o Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
