In your role as a detail-oriented QA Tester at Hapana, you will be responsible for ensuring software quality through manual testing. Your keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and passion for quality will be crucial in guaranteeing the correct functionality of products, applications, and systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review and analyze system specifications - Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans - Execute test cases manually and analyze results - Evaluate product code in alignment with specifications - Create detailed logs to document testing phases and identified defects - Report bugs and errors to the development teams promptly - Assist in troubleshooting issues as they arise - Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role - Proficiency in project management and QA methodology - Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is advantageous - Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively - Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, Zephyr) and SQL - Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail - Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving aptitude - Strong organizational skills - BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field You will be working at Hapana, a company revolutionizing the fitness industry with a software solution that empowers gyms, fitness studios, and franchises to unlock growth and efficiency.
