Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer - Lending to join our team in Bangalore, India. This role is ideal for professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience in the lending domain, who possess a strong technical background and a passion for driving innovation in the financial services sector.

What will you do

Lead the design, development, and implementation of lending solutions that meet the needs of our clients in the banking and financial services industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of lending systems with existing ERP solutions and banking platforms.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Islamic banking standards.

Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.

What skills required

4 to 6 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on lending solutions in the banking and financial services industry.

Strong domain knowledge in lending, banking, ERP solutions, and compliance (AML, Islamic banking).

Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to lending systems development.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Optional skills in customer management, marketing, insurance functions, sales engineering, asset management, and accounts are a plus.
